As business travelers, we loved the fabulous settings of the hotel and the warm reception from the staff. The young lady at the reception went above and beyond to help us arrange a taxi to the Genting Arena, demonstrating excellent service. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable, providing a perfect environment for relaxation. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. the hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would highly recommend it. 10 out of 10!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel near the airport. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant retreat after a long journey. The hotel offered a stay and fly package, making it extremely convenient for our travels. The service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The restaurant was quite disappointing, as our dinner experience was a disaster. Limited menu options, poorly cooked steak, and a long and complicated billing process left us unsatisfied.
